Spending Christmas at this hotel was great. The staff was helpful and friendly; they made us feel at home. The rooms were clean, and came with a fridge and electric kettle for our convenience. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the city from the rooftop terrace, which was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The hotel seemed a bit outdated and could use some renovation. the breakfast buffet was not impressive and could benefit from more variety.

I was disappointed with the aircon in room provided. I have to change to another room Everyday for my 3N stay there. The issue is the aircon was not functioning and they changed me to another room with the same problem. To see the Manager, I have to return from my schedule during lunch time to ask how he can compensate me for sleepless nights. For a service industry, this is not acceptable as he should try to meet guest time schedule.
Room quite spacious and clean although require maintenance to give fresh outlook. Stayed in this hotel in March 2020.
As above, in General category. On compensation, he gave me 5% discount when I suggested that I am looking at 1N free stay for my inconvenience and sleepless nights which is deemed reasonable as I still paid for 2N. Unfortunately, he didn’t agree! Also, I didn’t require them to make-up room for my stay period.

Located in a convenient area near some great restaurants and overlooking a stunning view from the windows, this hotel was a great value for the price. the room was sparkling clean with a cozy welcoming atmosphere and feature-packed amenities like refrigerator, electric kettle, and laundry service.
The hotel was isolated from downtown and surrounded by a mountain of garbage, which is an eyesore.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the beautiful view from the rooftop. the city looked amazing from above. the room was clean and comfortable, just what I needed for a relaxing holiday. I appreciated the friendly staff who always tried to help me despite the language barrier.
The hotel is isolated, which can be a problem if you want to explore the city. It's far from downtown and most attractions.
